Since its launch in 2015, Regency for Expats' Fast Track Claims Service has been a cornerstone of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our members. Designed to expedite the claims process, this service ensures that members receive their payments as quickly as possible, minimizing disruptions during challenging times.

How the Fast Track Claims Service Works

The Fast Track Claims Service is an innovative approach that focuses on processing straightforward claims swiftly. By prioritizing these claims, Regency has been able to significantly reduce the time it takes for members to receive their payments, ensuring financial support is provided without unnecessary delays.

Performance Highlights from August 2024:

·  Turnaround Time: In August, the Fast Track Claims Service achieved an average turnaround time of just 1.8 days from claim submission to final completion and payment. This reflects Regency’s ongoing commitment to speed and efficiency, ensuring our members receive prompt support.

·  Claims Paid: 98% of all claims submitted through the Fast Track service in August were accepted and paid in full. This high success rate is a testament to the effectiveness of the service and our dedication to meeting our members' needs.

·  ​​​​​​​Claims Fast Tracked: 87% of all claims submitted to the Global Assistance Centre were processed through the Fast Track service. Regency strives to provide an exceptional experience by ensuring the majority of claims are handled swiftly.

Why Aren’t All Claims Fast Tracked?

While the Fast Track Claims Service is designed for speed, not all claims are eligible for this expedited process. Claims that require specialist support, such as those involving ongoing long-term care or complex medical conditions, are handled separately by Regency’s team of doctors and nurses. This ensures that every claim receives the appropriate level of attention and care.

By streamlining the claims process, Regency helps reduce stress for members, allowing them to focus on their health and well-being.
